Fill out our contact form or give us a call. Tell us a bit about the estate: location, general contents, and your timeline. We'll follow up to schedule a walkthrough.
We'll visit the property to assess what you have and discuss your needs. Every sale is different, so we tailor our approach to your specific situation.
Plan for a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks of setup time, depending on the size and condition of the estate. Our team will organize, price, and beautifully stage everything to showcase items at their best. One important rule: don't throw anything away before we've had a chance to look. What seems like junk is sometimes a hidden gem.
We promote every sale through our email list, Facebook, Instagram, and EstateSales.net. Paid placements in local newspapers may also be arranged depending on the scope of the sale or upon request (fee will be built in to overall commission).
Our professional staff manages the sale from start to finish. All items are first come, first served. We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and credit or debit card processed securely through Square.
We work on commission, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for you. You'll receive your check and a full sales summary within two weeks of the sale closing.
To keep things running smoothly, a few things to take care of before we get started:
Confirm you have legal authority to sell the items in the estate
Remove personal items such as legal documents, family photos, and financial records
Mark or remove anything you plan to keep before we sign the contract
Don't discard anything until we've done a walkthrough
