Advertising provided

We take care of the advertising for your sale. We will promote your sale by emailing our customer base as well as advertise using Facebook, Instagram, estatesales.net, and local newspaper ads.

*Paid advertisements are dependent upon scope of the sale, at the discretion of our team.

things to know before contacting us:

  • Make sure you have legal authority to sell the items in the estate.

  • It usually takes us 2 to 3 weeks to set up for the estate sale, depending on the size and condition of the estate.

  • Do not throw anything away. Let us determine what things are trash or treasure.

  • Locate the personal/family items such as records, legal documents, family photos etc. and take them out of the home prior to the sale.

  • Take or mark the items which you and your family are keeping and will not be sold in the estate sale before we sign the contract.

  • We work on a commission based on percentage of gross sales. There are no out of pocket expenses to you.

  • We sell everything: cars, motorcycles, farm equipment, general household inside and outside etc.

  • You will receive your check and paperwork on items sold and sales tax paid within two weeks of your sale.
